Davy Hite signed with Trigger X

from Rapala Email
I just saw that Davy Hite signed with Trigger X from and email I got from RAPALA.
“Trigger X®, along with Rapala®, VMC® Hooks and Terminator Spinnerbaits, has added professional angler Davy Hite to its pro-staff lineup.
Hite – a professional bass angler for over 15 years – is one of the most successful anglers of all time. He has won four major titles, including two-time BASS angler of the year, a Bassmaster Classic champion and FLW champion. He has won nine national tournaments and qualified for the Bassmaster Classic in an impressive 13 seasons.
“I am thrilled to be joining the Trigger X, Rapala, Terminator and VMC pro staff,” said Hite. “The innovation and design behind these brands is amazing and I look forward to lending my knowledge and expertise to further enhance the stellar line of Trigger X soft baits.”
“It’s an honor to have Davy on our pro staff,” said David James, field promotion and media relations manager for Rapala. “Davy is an outstanding angler and respected promoter. We know he’ll have a strong influence on our brands.”
Meticulously fine-tuned for the ultimate performance, Trigger X soft baits portray a mesmerizing action through the water. Immersed in Ultrabite® Pheromones, each bait features a ribbed surface area that creates a softer, lifelike feel while increasing lure surface area, which allows for increased pheromone distribution.
Packaged in resealable bags, Trigger X comes in multiple shapes, sizes and pro-inspired color patterns.”
Pretty cool when he was on stage I thought to myself that he looked like he need more sponsors.  Way to go Davy, good luck with the new sponsorship.

Try The Invisa Swivel For Free

Do you want to use the Invisa Swivel?  Well you opportunity has arrived.  Aquateko is looking for one active member of local bass clubs and you get to try the Invisa Swivel and then you have a job to do.
1.      Make a presentation to the club.
2.      Hand-Out samples to your club members provided by us.
3.      Possibly visit your local B&T store and show them the products.

Seems pretty simple gets some awesome swivels and then show them to your local club.
If you are interested, we would like to find out a little more about you and your club.  We can’t provide free samples to everyone or we would go broke, so we would like to know the following:

1.      What is the name of your club?
2.      Does your club have a website?
3.      How many active members in your club?
4.      How often do you meet?
5.      What type of fishing do you do (so we can send you the appropriate products/sizes)?
6.      What are the names of the local B&T stores so that we can contact them to stock our products?
7.      Do you have friends in other fishing clubs that you can refer to us?
8.      Do you do any professional guiding?
9.      What is your mailing address?

If you want to do this you need to email and tell them you are interested.  Make sure you heard it from me Chris McDonald; I promise you will love the baits.

The Chris McDonald Boat Fund

The Chris McDonald Boat fund…..that’s what I am calling it.  If you don’t know I have been fishing out of a 1979 Ranger Bass boat for the last 3 years.  The boat is old, and as my kids grow and we are spending more time in the boat fishing as a family we are running out of room.
I have an opportunity to buy a very good used boat from a guy I know.  We have some of the money just not all of it.  So I am starting a boat fund and asking you all those who read my blog and like what I am doing to help me out.  I’m not asking for thousands just anything you can donate.
If I can get the boat by the 14th of August I will be able to take it to camp with me.  Those of you that don’t know I am going to a Church Camp this August and we are going to teach kids how to fish, survival skills and how to shoot a bow.  We are going to give 8 kids the opportunity to go out on the lake and fish from my boat (even if it the old one), and it would be awesome to have the new boat to take.
Also you can help by checking out Hooked on Wood.  Anything you buy from them and mention my name I will get half of the proceeds.  So go check them out I blogged about them HERE so check them out as well.
So lease think about helping me out and donating to the Chris McDonald Boat fund.  You can donate through Paypal the account is
